Takbeat Terms and Conditions — Know it, understand it, play it safe

Welcome to Takbeat. Before you get started, please read the following terms carefully. They're written in plain English — not legal jargon — so every member knows exactly what they're agreeing to. Takbeat believes in full transparency, so there are no hidden terms here.

By creating or using an account on Takbeat, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of them, please do not use the platform.

Takbeat is an adults-only platform. To participate, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years old to open an account. You may be required to submit your National ID card or passport as proof of age.
• Each person may only hold one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same identity, all of them will be closed.
• The information you provide at registration — name, phone number, and email — must be accurate and truthful. Takbeat reserves the right to close any account found to contain false information.
• Managing someone else's account on their behalf is not allowed. Each account must be used solely by its owner.

Opening an account on Takbeat is straightforward, but there are rules that all members must follow:

• Keep your password confidential. If you notice any unauthorized access to your account, contact our support team immediately.
• We strongly recommend keeping two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled. It adds an extra layer of security to your account.
• To update your account details — name, address, or phone number — please contact the support team. These changes cannot be made on your own.
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 months may be subject to an inactivity fee — see the Help Center for details.

Transferring, selling, or giving your account balance to a third party is strictly prohibited. If Takbeat finds evidence of any such transaction, all associated accounts will be closed.

There are rules at Takbeat that every member must follow when placing bets. These exist not only to protect the platform, but to safeguard your own interests as well:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — unless the match or event itself is cancelled.
• If a match is cancelled or incomplete, the stake for that bet will be refunded. Detailed rules may vary depending on the type of event.
• Each market has minimum and maximum bet limits. Takbeat reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.
• If a bet is accepted at an incorrect odds due to a technical error, Takbeat reserves the right to void that bet.
• Odds in live betting change constantly. If you place a bet before the odds are confirmed, it may be rejected.
• Match-fixing or betting using insider information is strictly prohibited and may be subject to legal penalties.

Payments on Takbeat are simple and fast — but there are a few rules you need to follow:

• KYC verification must be completed before you can make a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals must be made through the same payment method used for the deposit — no other method is accepted.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
• If any suspicious transaction is detected, Takbeat may place a hold on withdrawals until the investigation is complete.

Takbeat regularly offers various bonuses and promotions. Each offer comes with its own terms — failing to read them before claiming a bonus may cause issues later:

• The welcome bonus is for new members only. Any attempt to claim it again by opening a new account under the same identity will result in both accounts being terminated.
• Most bonuses come with wagering requirements — meaning you must bet the bonus amount a specified number of times before you can withdraw.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7 to 30 days. Once expired, the bonus will be automatically removed.
• Takbeat reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time — however, this will not affect bonuses that have already been claimed.

Takbeat treats the security of every member's personal information and funds as its highest priority. To ensure this, we follow a KYC (Know Your Customer) process:

Takbeat believes betting should be fun — not a burden. That's why we offer the following responsible gaming tools:

• Deposit Limit: Set your own daily or weekly deposit limits.
• Self-Exclusion: Option to suspend your account for a set period — from 7 days to permanent.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break from betting for 24 to 72 hours.
• Session Time Limit: Set a limit on how much time you spend on the platform.

Takbeat reserves the right to close any account without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Providing false or incorrect identity information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Suspected money laundering or fraudulent activity.

• Account hacking or involvement in a cyberattack.

Members may request account closure at any time. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account. Any balance left unclaimed within 90 days of account closure may be forfeited.

Takbeat reserves the right to partially or fully update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made:

• A notification will be sent to your registered email or phone number.
• A summary of the changes will be displayed upon logging in to the platform.
• Updated terms take effect 7 days after the date of change.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may close your account.
